A young mermaid, barely beyond teen years for her kind, the beautiful female has spent her twenty some odd years along the Osirian shores. When in her true form, the mermaid has a red mer-tail. The scales opalescent upon closer inspection. Almost metalic looking, the scales glisten and twinkle like the finest jewels when light hits them. Large dorsal fin upon her mid back with spines and webbing between distracts from the toned contour of her humanoid back. Long fins where her human ears would normally be rest perk and droop when experiencing emotions. Her hair.. a long collaboration of shining silvery white which cascades and flows down well past what most would consider manageable. Her eye brows  a gentle dark brown. Long dark lashes batt about with confusion and curiousity of the land-dwelling world. Her lips, a natural pouting and crimson set of bowed pillows. Soft features smoothed into a toned, and well nourished body. Lean, defined, and yet soft. 

  Though she is a mermaid, the truth about her kind has been widely debated. Most assume mermaids to be pleasant and creatures of beauty only. Neda knows the tales of her kind and finds them to be silly! For mermaids are much more than pretty visages beneath the deep waters. But to what extent the rumors end or begin is a mystery Neda will not tell to many. A lady so willing to learn and explore the land-dwelling realm, Neda constantly inquires, tests, and examines the world about her with the wonder and amazement of a child. Caring, warm, and giving, the mermaid has come to love Osir and its citizens nearly as much as the very waters to which she calls home.

  Currently, thanks to a magic spell cast by a friend, the mermaid can walk upon legs that grow, and thus she resides within Osir and visits with her friends often. 

   This character is happily romantically involved- please do not try to sway her affections elsewhere.
